Key Responsibilities:
- Work in direction of Support Manager on providing technical support to clients
- Assist customers in setup and billing related issues
- Collaborate with teammates to find solutions to problems
Essential Qualifications:
- Applicant must be at least 16 years old at the time of application
- Ability to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement at the time of hire
- Previous experience with WHMCS
- Previous experience with Pterodactyl Panel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous hosting experience is preferred but not required
Position Type: Remote, Part-Time
Starting Pay: $710 per month

We are seeking a Specialist in Sales & Customer Success with expertise in game server hosting sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within marketing department to reach out to potential clients
- Utilize resources available to you to drive client conversion
- Assist marketing leadership with community programs
- Responsible for maintaining client relationships after conversion
Essential Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age at the time of application
- Ability to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement at the time of hire
- Previous marketing experience within the hosting field is required
- Ability to meet agreed upon sales quota per month
- Outgoing personality to represent brand and maintain relationships
Preferred Qualifications:
- WHMCS experience is preferred but not required
- Experience utilizing CRM for lead generation and retention

We are seeking experienced Systems Administrator with experience in game server hosting and Windows + Linux OS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with node deployment and maintenance throughout a global network of game servers
- Work in a team environment to plan, schedule and execute key maintenance responsibilities
- Work to maintain secure and safe systems within their capacity and assigned area of work
- Collaborate on projects and expansions under the direction of department leadership
Essential Qualifications:
- Applicant must be at least 21 years old at the time of hire
- Have 1-2 years experience in System Administration, including but not limited to: TCP/UDP protocol, general cyber security knowledge, familiarity with MySQL and MySQL Shell, and knowledge in Docker systems
- Solid understanding of how to troubleshoot client issues
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understands Otcet Maths
- Understands the difference between bit rates and byte rates
= Willing to follow instruction and protocol, but able to speak up if they disagree
- Willing to voice thoughts and opinions, and engage in meaningful discussions revolving network operations.
